It is preferable to eating only organic foods and that too in a raw form once or twice in a day. If it sounds familiar to you, don’t be surprised because this is the traditional yoga diet that has been practiced for thousands of years, though it is now becoming globally well know and very popular.

However, if you make up your mind to use the Sattvic diet please ensure that it does not turn into a point of contention within your home or amongst your friends.
